CUSTODIAN 3
Maintenance and Custodial Services Department Purpose:
The Custodian 3 maintains an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility for students, staff, and the public; assists with furniture arrangements for meetings, classroom activities and events; and minimizes property damage, loss, and liability exposure. The Custodian 3 also provides specialized custodial and maintenance services in one or more of the following areas:
Custodial:
Performs routine custodial tasks at District schools and sites. Assumes a leadership role and assists with the direction of work among peers who perform custodial duties. Site-specific Custodian 3's may also perform general facility maintenance and grounds upkeep.
Maintenance:
Performs advanced and highly varied facilities maintenance duties at multiple District sites; Reports to: Field Supervisor of Custodial Services or Supervisor of Maintenance Services Indirectly reports to: Custodial Foreman, Maintenance Foreman, Maintenance Leader, School Principal and/or Assistant Principal. Rate Hourly Rate:
$25.82869-$33.34698 5 days per week based on the number of calendar work days
Daily Work Schedule:
3:00pm-11:30pm
