Description Custodial Positions - Join Our Team at THPRD! The Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (THPRD) is hiring for part-time Custodian openings and we invite you to join our team!

Responsibilities Include:

Daily cleaning and sanitization of restrooms, equipment and program supplies to maintain the health and safety of all participants and staff.

Basic custodial techniques including:

dusting, mopping, vacuuming, pressure washing, window washing, carpet cleaning, etc. Maintaining a helpful, professional and friendly attitude toward facility users and staff.

Scheduling:

Flexible hours based on facility needs. Employees in these roles may work fewer than 1,560 hours per year.

Qualifications:

Custodian I:

No education or experience required. Must be at least 16 years old. The hiring range for this position is $19.19 to $19.78 , based on experience and internal equity. The full hourly range for this job classification is $19.19 to $21.63. Staff may be eligible for a merit increase at the end of September.

Custodian II:

Related experience is required. Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. The hiring rate for this position is $21.15 , based on experience and internal equity. The full hourly range for this job classification is $21.15 to $23.85. Staff may be eligible for a merit increase at the end of September. •Employees receive free drop-in access to all THPRD recreation facilities for their household as well as a discount on camps and classes. Part-Time Variable (PT): Work an average of fewer than 29 hours per week, with less than 1,560 hours annually.

Seasonal:
