This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of private homes and vacation properties to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and experience in various cleaning disciplines. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to our clients while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of residential and vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas. Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures; ensure sanitation standards are met or exceeded. Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials as needed. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored safely after use. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly. Provide excellent customer service by respecting guest privacy and addressing any special requests professionally. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred. Experience with hotel housekeeping management or commercial cleaning is advantageous. Knowledge of housekeeper management practices or hospitality industry standards is a plus. Candidates should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team to ensure properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness for our clients' comfort and safety.
