Operate machinery including scissor lifts when necessary to access elevated windows securely. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper handling and disposal of cleaning supplies. Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents during outdoor work or when operating equipment like lifts. Communicate professionally with homeowners, explaining services and addressing any questions or concerns. Assist with basic janitorial or custodial tasks around work sites as needed to support overall property maintenance. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable. Familiarity with window cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Ability to operate a scissor lift safely and confidently (training provided if necessary). Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
