Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented grower's assistant. The main role of this position is to assist the grower you are assigned to for the day. Secondarily you are to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. •YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN 30
minutes of estacada There is room to grow in this position! Fast learners and those who pay attention to detail will move up quickly.Responsibilities:
- Assist grower with whatever they need from you that day: Potting, scrubbing, plucking leaves, stocking soil, moving bags, bucking product for cure, etc.
- Clean and disinfect all areas of the facility, including floors, walls, tables, trays, and various other surfaces.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners daily.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all public areas, including bathrooms and break rooms.
- Restock supplies and materials as needed.
- Perform special cleaning projects as assigned.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals (mainly bleach) in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Follow cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Qualifications:
- Have your own reliable vehicle w/insurance
- Your vehicle must be 100% RELIABLE, with a backup plan to make it in should something come up with that vehicle.
- Current OLCC marijuana handlers card
- PASSION for cannabis
- No Tobacco Use permitted
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to walk and move around the facility.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform the duties of the position.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
