In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of a variety of residential and commercial spaces. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial facilities, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, window washing, and sanitation of restrooms and kitchens Manage laundry services for residential clients or hospitality settings as needed Maintain high standards of cleanliness by using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment efficiently Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously Follow safety protocols to ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Assist with custodial duties in hotel or hospitality environments, including housekeeping management when required Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or commercial cleaning environments Knowledge of floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation procedures Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Experience with laundry services and housekeeper responsibilities is a plus Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or custodial experience highly desirable Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and prolonged periods of activity Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that brighten our clients' lives!
