Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common rooms. Execute specialized tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry services, and sanitation procedures to uphold hygiene standards. Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas. Manage household chores efficiently while respecting client preferences and privacy. Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively to deliver top-quality results. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided. Follow all safety protocols related to janitorial and custodial work, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel housekeeping management experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and supplies; experience in custodial or hotel environments is advantageous. Basic cooking skills are a bonus for assisting with light household chores beyond cleaning. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
