Become a Job Coach and start leading and mentoring today! We are hiring a Job Coach for our Janitorial/Landscape program, starting at $19.50/hr . Train, coach, and mentor teams who are providing valuable Janitorial/Landscape services in the community. Our fully paid training will give you all the skills you need to make a vital difference in the lives of Individuals with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities. - Coach, mentor, and lead individuals to have the skills and confidence to be successful in their careers while providing valuable Janitorial and Landscape services
- Develop supportive relationships with team members
- Provide excellent customer service to community businesses Successful applicants will:
- Have a heart and a passion to make a difference and help people become the best version of themselves
- Be 18 years & older
- Have HS Diploma or equivalent and a current Driver's License
- Be able to lift 65 pounds
- Navigate in and around computers and tablets
