Job Description:
Club Northwest is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our Night Cleaning Crew. This team plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members by ensuring the club is refreshed and member-ready each morning. Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, fitness equipment, and public areas. Vacuum carpets, mop hard surface floors, and maintain entryways. Restock toiletries, towels, amenities, and water coolers throughout the facility. Complete nightly cleaning checklists and assigned tasks within scheduled hours. Help maintain clean and presentable outdoor grounds and entry areas. Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Report maintenance or safety concerns as needed. Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must complete CPR/AED training within 90 days (onsite training available). Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to regularly lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive bending, walking, standing, and reaching throughout the shift.
Schedule:
Monday-Wednesday 8:00pm-4:30am
Pay:
From $16.55 per hour
