Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms. Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet and floor care, sanitation, laundry, and dusting to ensure a comprehensive clean. Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results. Maintain high standards of hygiene by sanitizing surfaces, disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens, and ensuring all areas meet health guidelines. Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments promptly while maintaining quality standards. Provide friendly customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with each visit. Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required, demonstrating versatility in household chores. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles, with knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment. Familiarity with floor care methods including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing. Experience in laundry services and general sanitation practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Knowledge of commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping experience is a plus. Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow health and safety regulations diligently. Previous experience with carpet cleaning or custodial work is advantageous.
