• 25/hr + Paid Drive Time + Bonuses We are a residential cleaning company serving the West side focused on high-quality, detail-driven service and consistent client satisfaction.

We are hiring a Lead Residential Cleaning Technician / Supervisor to help maintain quality standards in the field, support team consistency, and ensure jobs are completed correctly and efficiently. This role includes both hands-on cleaning and on-site leadership. It is ideal for someone who takes pride in high standards and is ready to help guide others in doing the same. • 25/hr (paid drive time included) Tips + performance bonuses (up to $5 per solo clean rated 9/10+) Flexible schedule within assigned days Paid breaks Paid time off (eligible employees) Health benefits available for 35+ hours/week Monthly massage for full-time staff Clear path to increased hours and expanded leadership responsibilities Schedule 15-25 hours/week to start Wednesday through Friday availability required Additional hours may be available Monday-Friday based on schedule and performance Typical working hours: 8 AM•5 PM (often earlier depending on job completion) What You'll Do Perform residential cleaning at a high, consistent standard Lead by example in the field with quality and efficiency Support quality control by ensuring checklist and procedures are followed Help reinforce training & expectations for other cleaning technicians when needed Communicate issues, concerns, or inconsistencies to management Occasionally assist with inspections or final walkthroughs (when applicable) What We're Looking For We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and confident working in both independent and leadership capacities.

Prior residential cleaning experience strongly required Prior lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and consistency in work quality Comfortable holding yourself and others to standards Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to work independently without close oversight Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in active, physical job environments Growth Opportunity This role is designed to grow into expanded leadership responsibilities, including: Increased weekly hours Training and onboarding new team members More consistent supervisory duties in the field Potential opportunity for doing quotes and other admin tasks, if desired
