Vacation Rental Independent Cleaner

Since 2019, we've grown from a single Airbnb listing to managing a portfolio of 13+ properties across the Klamath Basin. We are a 27x Superhost with more than 1200 reviews on various online travel agency platforms. We handle everything from guest communication to design and operations, and our cleaning partners are a critical part of delivering a 5-star stay.

Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking established cleaning business owners to partner with us for consistent vacation rental turnover cleans.

Compensation:

$75 - $200 per clean (based on property size & scope) Flat-rate pay structure Payment issued upon completion Opportunity for consistent volume and ongoing partnership

Schedule:

Cleaning window: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Cleans must be complete by 4:00 P.M. Weekends & holidays available Weekdays available Flexible scheduling based on bookings Up to 7 cleans per week during peak season

Responsibilities:

Perform full turnover cleans between guest stays Prepare properties to a guest-ready, hotel-quality standard Change linens, make beds, and ensure professional presentation Clean and sanitize all surfaces (kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces) Restock essential items and report inventory needs Report damages, maintenance issues, or missing items Take required photos for quality control Follow structured checklists and SOPs via mobile apps Communicate clearly with our operations team

Requirements:

Licensed & bonded cleaning business Short-term rental cleaning experience ( At least 1 year preferred) Reliable transportation (service area up to ~30 miles) Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to use smartphone apps for communication and task management Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor
