Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning Technician and be a vital part of maintaining a safe, spotless, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, carpets, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to uphold health standards and prevent the spread of germs. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, toilet paper, and cleaning products to ensure continuous availability. Dispose of waste properly in designated bins and arrange for waste removal as needed. Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance issues requiring escalation. Follow safety protocols diligently when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries. Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and supply usage for reporting purposes. Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules efficiently across multiple locations or shifts. Experience Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates eager to learn. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers/ mopping systems and steam cleaners. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift comfortably. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes. Clear understanding of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment use.
