Responsibilities Clean windows, glass doors, and exterior facades using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free clarity. Operate ladders, scaffolding, or elevated platforms safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas. Remove dirt, grime, smudges, and other residues from surfaces with precision and care. Inspect work areas for safety hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Prepare cleaning equipment and supplies before each job, maintaining tools in excellent condition. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and address specific cleaning needs. Document completed work and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work at heights safely using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality results. Good physical stamina and mobility to stand, climb, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day. Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights and handling cleaning chemicals. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
