Applicants must be comfortable with roof access/ladders to perform cleaning duties . Experience preferred. Harnesses and fall protection are provided and required at all times. Responsibilities Perform exterior cleaning tasks on building facades, windows, roofs, and other surfaces using pressure washers, brushes, and cleaning solutions. Operate scissor lifts and other access equipment safely to reach high or hard-to-access areas. Conduct thorough inspections of work sites to identify cleaning needs and ensure quality standards are met. Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operation of machinery. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and report any issues or safety concerns promptly. Complete detailed service reports documenting work performed, materials used, and any observations or challenges encountered during the job. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right motivated candidate. Experience with commercial cleaning projects is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with high standards of cleanliness and safety procedures. Ability to operate scissor lifts or similar access equipment is highly desirable; certification is a plus but not mandatory. Strong work ethic with a focus on attention to detail and quality workmanship. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
