Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine appearance Handle custodial tasks such as trash removal, window washing, and surface disinfecting with efficiency and care Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Assist with industrial cleaning projects or specialized floor care as needed to uphold high standards of cleanliness Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to the appropriate teams Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or residential setting Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including floor care and buffing procedures Experience with industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is highly desirable Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers, extractors, or pressure washers safely Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleanliness Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts create clean environments that inspire productivity and comfort.
