In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of a variety of residential homes, Airbnbs, post construction, move-in/move-outs and commercial properties. Your efforts will ensure our clients enjoy safe, spotless, and welcoming environments that support our promises. We do commercial, residential, post construction, Airbnbs, move in/move outs and hoarding Day shift has shifts between 8am-6pm Monday through Friday with two weekends a month required Day shift as well as early morning shift available. Part time with future full time positions available. Drivers license and vehicle required. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Clean restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and common areas to meet health and safety standards. Handle trash/recycle removal and waste disposal efficiently while adhering to recycling guidelines. Follow detailed cleaning checklists and procedures to ensure consistency across all properties. Take before and after pictures of each clean while following a checklist Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel. Work with team members to complete cleaning assignments promptly and effectively. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Hotel Experience a plus Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols is preferred. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
