This position involves driving a company van equipped with a mounted vacuum and carpet cleaning system to residential and some commercial job sites and providing carpet, upholstery, and related cleaning services. We're looking for someone dependable, professional, physically capable, and comfortable working inside customers' homes while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Drive company vehicles to residential service appointments Operate mounted carpet cleaning and extraction equipment Clean carpets, upholstery, and related surfaces Set up and move hoses and equipment throughout homes Maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude Follow safety procedures and proper equipment handling practices Keep vehicles and equipment clean and organized Complete service documentation as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check due to entering private residences Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and complete industry certifications Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, pull, and maneuver equipment and hoses Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and walking throughout the shift Comfortable working in residential environments and varying conditions Training & Growth This company invests in long-term employee development and provides ongoing training opportunities to help technicians build their skills and increase their earning potential.
