• Part-time Job Overview Join our team as a Cleaning Associate and assist with apartment turns cleaning apartments between tenants and cleaning common areas and construction areas Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning supplies Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers following proper procedures Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times Maintain cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned regularly and efficiently Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management Use environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible to promote sustainability Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Requirements Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods during shifts Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled times Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing checklists accurately Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is a plus but not required; training will be provided Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining motivation and enthusiasm
