• Northeast & Central Pennsylvania Gold Star Mobile Pressure Washing is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated, mechanically inclined Pressure Washing Technician to join our team.

This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors. Position Overview As a Pressure Washing Technician, you'll be responsible for cleaning residential, commercial, and industrial properties using professional‑grade equipment. You must be able to work independently, stay organized, and maintain a high standard of quality on every job. Requirements Ability to lift 100 pounds consistently Strong motivation and a positive work ethic Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Prideful in workmanship and customer service Mechanically inclined — able to troubleshoot equipment, hoses, pumps, and tools Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Responsibilities Operate pressure washers, soft wash systems, surface cleaners, and related equipment Safely set up and break down job sites Maintain equipment and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting Communicate professionally with customers and team members Ensure all work meets Gold Star's quality and safety standards Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient.
