As a Window Cleaning & Power Washing Tech, you would not only play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial and residential buildings. This energetic position offers an opportunity to work outdoors, utilize specialized cleaning equipment, and deliver exceptional results that enhance the visual appeal of our clients' properties. Duties Clean windows of all types and glass surfaces, interior and exterior. Using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure streak-free, spotless results Learn how to sell services to customers in person. Operate specialized equipment such as Water Fed Poles. Perform routine janitorial tasks including dusting, wiping, and polishing to maintain overall cleanliness of building exteriors and surrounding areas Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all cleaning operations Conduct inspections to ensure all windows meet quality standards and report any damages or maintenance needs Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly and in good working condition Experience Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning could be a plus but really is not required. More important is having work ethic, integrity, being reliable and consistent. Having a growth mindset and a positive attitude. I would prefer someone green who gives effort and then spend time developing them. Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure effective and safe cleaning practices is a plus.
