In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services using professional pressure washing equipment. Your energy and dedication will help transform surfaces, enhance property appearances, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces. Prepare work sites by setting up ladders, hoses, and cleaning tools while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Use manual handling techniques to lift and maneuver heavy equipment or materials as needed for various cleaning tasks. Conduct outdoor work in different weather conditions, maintaining a professional attitude and delivering consistent results. Apply industrial cleaning methods for stubborn stains, grease, or grime on diverse surfaces. Utilize fire extinguishers and other safety tools properly during work operations to prevent hazards. Perform routine maintenance on pressure washers and cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance. Requirements Proven experience with outdoor work environments and industrial cleaning processes. Ability to use ladders safely and effectively for elevated cleaning tasks. Strong manual handling skills with the capacity for heavy lifting when necessary. Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Familiarity with the use of fire extinguishers and adherence to safety procedures. Prior experience in floor buffing or related surface finishing is a plus. Excellent physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform strenuous tasks throughout the day.
