This position involves cleaning multiple commercial properties each morning, including condominiums, senior living apartments, and a warehouse. Buildings are located close to each other, and travel between job sites is required. Responsibilities Clean 3-4 commercial buildings daily Wipe down common areas and high-touch surfaces Clean and sanitize bathrooms Vacuum carpets and mop floors Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all assigned properties Follow cleaning schedules and company standards Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle and transportation Must be willing to pick up a fellow employee before heading to job sites each day Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting cleaning supplies What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance Positive attitude and strong work ethic Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required If you are reliable, enjoy working independently, and take pride in keeping buildings clean and well-maintained, we'd love to hear from you.
