$50,000 Metz Environmental Services is hiring within our Facilities Department in Butler, PA. We are hiring for a Custodial Supervisor to work second shift during the school year and first shift during the summer session. We are a family-owned and operated company focused on providing high quality service and care to our client-partners and the community. - Monitor all the daily operations of the custodial department
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to maintain our set standards of cleanliness
- Hire and train custodial staff
- Oversee the housekeeping department budget, monitoring inventory
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed
- Assist the department director with organization and management of department
- Work routines as needed due to staff PTO or call offs Requirements 2+ years' experience in a similar role Well-versed in environmental services best practices Experience managing personnel We seek candidates that share our values of hospitality, balance, fun, respect, and quality to add to our invigorating work environment.
