Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring our commercial and residential spaces are clean, and safe. Your approach and commitment to high standards will help maintain a pristine environment that promotes productivity and well-being for all occupants. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in cleaning, custodial tasks, and general facilities upkeep while contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere. This is an outdoor position. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of outdoor areas, using appropriate equipment. Conduct activities such as sweeping, and yard maintenance. Handle industrial cleaning tasks including trash removal, cardboard baling, and dock maintenance. Assist with custodial responsibilities related to lawn care. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or safety hazards promptly. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial settings Able to work outdoors Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus Ability to operate cleaning equipment Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Join us in creating clean, safe environments that make a difference every day!
