Residential Cleaner

Overview We are a growing residential cleaning company seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. Our work includes routine home cleanings with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and professionalism. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, can manage their time efficiently, and are comfortable working independently. Supplies are provided and would need to be picked up and returned after completing the jobs for the day. You will clock in once arriving to the first clean, and clock out after the last clean is completed. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas. Manage household chores efficiently by organizing clutter and ensuring all areas meet client expectations. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their needs and preferences. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to ensure a safe working environment. Experience 1-2 years for experience is required.
