Flooring Experience is a plus, but the employer is willing to train suitable candidates.

JOB DUTIES

• Keeping buildings, interior & exterior areas in clean & orderly condition
• Use proper man-power, cleaning supplies, tools & machines to perform heavy & light cleaning duties
• Wash walls & glass
• Perform routine maintenance
• Notify management of necessary repairs
• Rubbish & garbage removal
• Cleaning floors
• Any other related duties, as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Applicants MUST:

• Have a valid, PA Class C Standard Driver License, clean driving record AND own vehicle/transportation
• Be a motivated, enthusiastic individual with a good work ethic
• Submit to drug screen/testing
• Must be able to pass criminal background check
• Able to bend, lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs.
• Able to work alone or in a group
• Able to pay attention to detail
• Able to submit to random drug test

WORK HOURS

Applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule to be discussed directly with the employer. Schedule will be 20 to 25 hours per week, in the evenings, Monday through Friday. Additional Details
