Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Full-Time Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment. This energetic position for Your Cleaning Pros offers the opportunity to contribute to the cleanliness and upkeep of Keystone Behavioral Health located in Ephrata Pa. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in delivering exceptional results, this is your chance to make a positive impact every day! Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Handle janitorial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restocking supplies to uphold high hygiene standards Other duties include making beds, removing linens and at times doing laundry and transporting laundry to storage areas. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs needed or safety hazards identified during cleaning routines May use industrial cleaning tools for specialized tasks like scrubbing hard surfaces Communicate effectively with team members to ensure all areas meet quality standards Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields such as facilities maintenance or porter roles Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Nice-to-have skills include industrial cleaning expertise for specialized projects Drug Screening and Background Checks are required Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication keeps environments safe and inviting!
