Custodial Maintenance - 2nd Shift

Custodial Maintenance Qualifications:

High School Diploma. Demonstrate aptitude for successful fulfillment of assigned performance responsibilities. Such alternative to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable. Previous history of successful work experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

To provide a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean and efficient place in which to learn and develop. Performs repair and maintenance duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Replaces light bulbs and ballasts. Rebuilds flush valves on toilets/urinals and unclogs toilets, pipes, and drains as needed. Repairs/replaces door locks, panic bars, and closers, etc. Replaces light switches/receptacles and assists with running wire. Performs and assists Maintenance Supervisor with carpentry repairs. Performs and assists Maintenance Supervisor with tile repairs and/or replacements. All duties listed in the custodian job description. All other duties as assigned.

Method of Evaluation:

Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's Policy on Evaluation of Educational Support Personnel.

Pay:

From $15.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
