Cleaning Crew Job Description This role is hands-on and focused on helping clean, restore, and organize environments that need more than basic cleaning. You'll work on jobs like deep cleaning, clutter removal, sanitation, and restoring spaces after difficult or hazardous situations. Every day looks a little different, and you'll be part of a team that steps in when people need help getting their space back to a safe, livable condition. Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning, disinfecting, and restoration work. Remove clutter, debris, or damaged materials from homes or facilities. Use proper protective gear and follow safety procedures. Assist with organizing and resetting spaces. Work with a team to complete jobs efficiently. Treat clients with respect and professionalism. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Gettysburg, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $49920.00/yr.
