Use ladders, scaffolding, or scissor lifts to access high or hard-to-reach windows on residential buildings. Perform thorough cleaning of window exteriors and interiors, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and free of streaks or residue. Prepare work sites by setting up protective coverings or safety barriers to prevent damage or accidents during cleaning. Follow safety protocols rigorously, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards. Maintain all cleaning supplies and equipment in excellent condition, reporting any repairs or replacements needed. Communicate professionally with homeowners to understand specific cleaning needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or related roles with a focus on detailed surface cleaning. Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment used in residential settings. Ability to operate scissor lifts safely and efficiently for high window access.
