Essential Duties:

High level performance of heavy & detailed residential / facility structural cleaning High level performance of highly detailed / heavy cleaning of personal property items (I.e. Laundry, furniture, figurines, books, toys, dishware, misc. Work at the direction of the Lead Technicians and supervisor(s) Set up workstations, including assembling boxes Assist in identifying damaged items Gather, sort, pack affected contents Professionally inventory personal property items, package / box items, tag items, move / relocate items, clean items Clean and process affected contents Repackage cleaned contents Restock supplies Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized facility and truck and maintain all company equipment Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary, as well on job-site tasks

Qualifications:

Must be able to follow detailed processes and have good attention to detail Drug Screen Criminal Background Check Driver's License
