Job Summary Power Washing Technician — 1099 Independent Contractor Pro Pressure Washing Solutions is looking for motivated Power Washing Technicians in the Youngstown/Warren, OH area. We are looking for reliable, hard-working independent contractors who want to work outdoors, make good money, and grow with a professional pressure washing company. This position involves residential and commercial exterior cleaning work. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with the potential to earn $1,000+ per week plus commission, depending on completed jobs, schedule, performance, and work quality.
Responsibilities:
Perform residential and commercial power washing services Clean siding, driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, concrete, and exterior surfaces Load, unload, and operate power washing equipment Set up hoses, surface cleaners, chemicals, and jobsite materials Keep equipment and job sites clean and organized Communicate professionally with customers Complete work safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
Requirements:
Must be reliable and dependable Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation required Able to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Good communication skills Strong work ethic and positive attitude Experience in power washing, landscaping, construction, painting, roofing, detailing, or general labor is a plus No experience required for the right person — training can be provided
Compensation:
