Maintenance Worker Incorporated in 1960, Wildwood Golf Club is the premier family club in the North Hills, located just 20 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh in the beautiful suburbs of Hampton Township. It is a traditional private country club with a variety of facilities and activities including a beautiful clubhouse, golf course, dining facilities, swimming pool, and racquet sports including tennis, paddle and pickleball.

Job Purpose:

Assist the Facilities Operations Supervisor in ensuring the building(s) and facility grounds are properly maintained in accordance with facility policies.

Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent. Strong attention to detail. Lift 50 lbs. Ability to communicate effectively and take verbal or written direction. Ensures cleanliness of the entire facility.

Responsibilities:

Have dependable transportation to and from work. Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability. Under the direction of the Facility Manager, respond promptly to requests for building maintenance, cleaning needs, etc. Assisting with special projects as needed. Proactively inspect the facility, systems, rooms, common areas, etc. and report back any findings or issues to the Facility Manager. Be responsible for the day-to-day janitorial and maintenance operations of the property. Vacuuming/Mopping and cleaning throughout the building. Experience with custodial responsibilities, including cleaning of restrooms. Comply with all safety and health regulations. Perform additional duties/assignments that may be required by management from time to time. Other responsibilities as required by Facilities Director and General Manager.
