Guardian is looking for a dependable and hardworking Route Cleaner to join our growing team in Harrisburg, PA! Responsibilities:

Complete assigned cleaning routes efficiently and on schedule Perform thorough cleaning of designated facilities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed Ensure all areas meet quality and cleanliness standards before departing each location Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervisors Follow all safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Communicate professionally with clients and team members while on route

Requirements:

Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field preferred Ability to follow a structured route and manage time effectively Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
