Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various facilities. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming and hygienic space for staff, patients, clients, and visitors alike. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces Maintain floors through buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to ensure a professional appearance Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas following health and safety guidelines Use commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and scrubbers effectively and safely Assist with custodial duties related to facility maintenance and minor repairs as needed Follow established safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a clean working environment Support special cleaning projects like post-construction cleans or industrial cleaning tasks when required Requirements Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to work independently with attention to detail in fast-paced environments Strong work ethic with excellent time management skills Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Reliable attendance and a positive attitude toward maintaining high cleanliness standards Join our team to help us deliver exceptional cleaning services that make a difference!
