Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of hygiene and appearance. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Conduct cleaning duties as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Carry out custodial responsibilities such as waste disposal, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces, experience in commercial window cleaning is a plus. Maintain floor care through sweeping, and mopping. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained in good working condition. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning environments is preferred. Strong knowledge of custodial practices and procedures. Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health and safety regulations. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and improving processes.
