Custodian

The Lancaster Stormers are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our custodial team at Penn Medicine Park. We are looking to hire multiple candidates, for days, evenings, weekends and holidays, who will work under the supervision of the Stadium Operations Coordinator, to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment for fans, players and staff.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform daily custodial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces.
• Clean restrooms, sanitize sinks, toilets, unrinals and restock supplies.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Clean windows, office spaces, and common areas as needed.
• Prepare the stadium for upcoming events by ensuring all areas are orderly and clean. During games and events; additional responsibilites include, but are not limited to the following.
• Walk the concourse and seating areas with a long handled broom and dustpan and broom to sweep up trash.
• Mop up spills, wipe down tables, and maintain cleanliness in public areas.
• Conduct periodic checks of restrooms, suites, group spaces, etc. to maintain cleanliness.
• At the end of games and events, walk through seating areas to pick up trash left behind.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report any facility issues to management.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing is a plus
• Experience in industrial cleaning is advantageous This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.
