Janitor/Vehicle Cleaning Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a Janitor / Vehicle Cleaning Specialist . This dual‑role position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility while also ensuring company vehicles are washed, cleaned, and properly maintained for daily operations. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Position Responsibilities:

Facility Janitorial Duties Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floor surfaces Empty trash and recycling receptacles; replace liners as needed Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces Restock restroom and cleaning supplies Maintain cleanliness in work areas as assigned Follow all safety and sanitation standards Identify and report maintenance or safety issues Vehicle Washing & Cleaning Duties Wash exterior of company vehicles (mini-buses and work trucks) Clean vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and removing trash Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance concerns and report findings Maintain cleanliness of vehicle washing area and equipment Follow company procedures for use of cleaning chemicals and tools Assist with basic upkeep such as checking fluids, tire condition, air filters and/or fuel levels

Education, Training, Experience:

§ High school or GED equivalent § Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

§ Light to moderate lifting up to 40 pounds, going indoors and outdoors frequently § Reaching, bending stooping, grasping, kneeling, sitting, standing, and walking

Job Requirements:

§ Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently § Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions § Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift § Valid driver's license with clean driving record § Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety § Ability to follow verbal and written instructions § Ability to communicate well with management and other staff members

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
