Job Summary:

ND Sheets is looking for a reliable General Worker to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace. The General Worker will be responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of workshops, office areas, and restrooms to ensure a hygienic and efficient working environment. Other duties as assigned to support maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of workshops, office spaces, and restrooms. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in assigned areas. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and common touchpoints. Refill restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Maintain cleanliness in break rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department. Follow safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment. Works closely with Maintenance to support ongoing efforts. Openness to cross train in other areas during down times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or sanitation work is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Willingness to follow safety and hygiene procedures. Mechanically inclined, experience with hand tools needed. Ability to work with changing workflow. Basic computer knowledge required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting with noise and temperature variations.
