Apartment Turnover Cleaner - Full Time Position

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of various business environments. This role focuses on cleaning vacant apartments for new residents, as well as ensuring common areas remain neat, sanitary, and presentable. Training is $90 per day for the first two weeks with an increase to $105 daily Duties Clean and prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, windows, and fixtures. Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in offices, restrooms, lobbies, and other commercial spaces Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly Clean windows, glass partitions, and other fixtures as needed Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap in restrooms and break areas Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively Follow established cleaning protocols to meet health and safety standards Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after each shift and return supplies to assigned areas neatly Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met Good time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, lift supplies, and stand for extended periods Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality Requirements Must be 18 or older Must have reliable transportation This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean and safe environment while developing valuable custodial skills.
