Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of vacant residential and commercial spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas. Execute detailed floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to restore their original shine. Conduct sanitation procedures on surfaces, fixtures, and appliances to meet health standards and client expectations. Utilize janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Ensure all areas are free of debris, dust, stains, and odors to leave the property in pristine condition. Communicate professionally with boss or property managers regarding specific cleaning requirements or concerns. Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred. Experience with hotel housekeeping management or similar hospitality roles is a plus. Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning procedures across various surfaces. Background in residential cleaning or move-out cleaning projects demonstrates strong attention to detail. Previous work involving floor care, laundry services, or custodial responsibilities will support success in this role.
