Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance Handle custodial tasks like trash removal, recycling collection, and restocking supplies to ensure a tidy environment Maintain cleanliness of industrial cleaning equipment and perform basic maintenance on cleaning tools when needed Assist with light facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to the appropriate teams Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free workspace Support special cleaning projects including carpet cleaning or deep sanitation as required Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings preferred Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or troubleshooting is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Ability to follow safety procedures diligently and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Join us in creating clean, safe environments that foster productivity and well-being.
