Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Window Cleaner and bring sparkle and clarity to our clients' buildings! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows across a variety of commercial and residential properties. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure that every glass surface shines brightly, enhancing the overall aesthetic and safety of each location. Responsibilities Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free results Use ladders, scaffolding, or elevated platforms safely to reach high or difficult-to-access areas Inspect windows for damage or necessary repairs and report issues promptly to supervisors Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents during work at heights or in challenging environments Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order for optimal performance Coordinate with team members to complete scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively Document completed work and report any unusual conditions or safety concerns immediately Requirements Ability to work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or other elevated platforms safely and confidently Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship Physical stamina and mobility to stand, climb, bend, and lift for extended periods Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated schedules Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures related to window cleaning Prior experience in window or building cleaning is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided A proactive attitude with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently when needed Embark on a career that brightens spaces and enhances building appearances!
