BIKE AND ATV DETAILER / SHOP JANITOR

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Bike and ATV Detailer / Shop Janitor, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our workshop and display areas spotless, organized, and inviting. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing bikes and ATVs to ensure they look their best for customers. You will also maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment by performing janitorial duties. Your enthusiasm for customer service and pride in cleanliness will help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism. Duties Perform detailed cleaning and polishing of bikes and ATVs, including washing, buffing, and applying protective coatings to enhance appearance. Conduct routine shop cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing work areas to maintain a tidy environment. Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks like car washes or minor detailing to ensure vehicles are presentation-ready. Maintain cleanliness of shop tools and equipment. Support the team by organizing parts, supplies, and storage areas to promote efficiency and safety within the shop. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly. Drive company vehicles as needed for errands or transporting bikes within the premises. Requirements Must know how to ride a motorcycle and atv without any issues. Experience with vehicle detailing, buffing, or car wash techniques is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward assisting customers or team members. Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, and hand tools safely. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for occasional driving duties. Knowledge of bike or ATV maintenance is a bonus but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Attention to detail with an energetic approach to completing tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
