Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Custodian for Retirement Residence of Plum and Northwood Commons.
Job Duties:
Perform cleaning and janitorial duties, ground maintenance, and minor repair work Clean snow from entrances and sidewalks; help mow and trim lawn and hedges when requested Check trash areas, remove large trash to chute and change dumpsters as needed
Qualifications:
Must have valid PA Drivers License Experience in cleaning work, related to the care and maintenance of buildings, public facilities and grounds preferred Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend, stoop, climb and reach
Benefits:
