Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitorial Worker to join our dynamic facilities team. Handle custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are hygienic and well-organized. Assist with facilities maintenance to support overall building operations. Utilize industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively for deep cleaning projects or specialized tasks. Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or hazards. Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities, supplies used, and any issues encountered for reporting purposes. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods including buffing and polishing. Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs or painting is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
