Position Summary Our Full-Time Floor Technician (Environmental Services/Custodian) is responsible for following established policies and procedures to maintain all facilities in a clean, sanitary and attractive condition. Additional responsibilities may include light maintenance. Rotating Weekends schedule. Shifts Available Full Time Afternoon/Evenings

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills. Valid driver's license required. HS Diploma or GED preferred OR relatable life and/or work experience to be verified by references and/or employment verification. Basic knowledge of chemicals utilized in routine cleaning helpful. Familiarity with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents helpful.

Responsibilities:

Assure that cleaning chemicals and paper products are always stocked and in sufficient supply. Perform any duties requested by the Supervisor to insure a safe and clean environment for our clients. Clean assigned areas of the facility as directed by the supervisor. Report unsafe conditions observed on your shift to a department Supervisor. Ability to learn and perform all aspects of floor maintenance. Competitive pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour, based on education and experience.
