Custodial Staff

```Job Summary``` We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. Your duties will include performing industrial cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained, and assisting with facilities maintenance. This is an after school/evening hours position. ```Responsibilities```

• Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacement and minor repairs
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned in a timely manner ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
