Job Description

Job Overview:
This position is located in OXFORD, PA and is Monday-Friday 8am-3pm and Every other Sunday 6am
  • 2pm.
We are seeking dedicated, positive, and experienced cleaners to join our New Construction and Property Management Cleaning Team. You will be cleaning Newly Constructed Homes, Common Spaces in Apt buildings, Rental Turnover Units, and some Commercial Spaces. Attention to detail, time management and Pride in a job well done are essential character traits for this position. The New Construction/Commercial Cleaning Tech will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring that all facilities are in good condition.
Duties:
  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
  • Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Willingness / Ability to read and follow instructions to customer standards
  • Able to walk, bend and move the entire shift.
  • Able to lift 25 pounds.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Construction Cleaning, custodial or janitorial roles
  • Knowledge of Construction Cleaning and commercial cleaning practices and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining budget and quality standards.
